Remote

Coached properly, wherever you train.

The same programming and the same coach as working with us in person. The only difference is that we watch your lifts on video instead of from across the room.

The approach

Four phases, ending with you not needing us.

Coaching that works has an end. Every phase is built to make the next one possible, and the last one hands the whole thing back to you.

  1. 01

    Align

    Assess before anything is prescribed.

Every program starts with a thorough assessment. Before any exercise is assigned, we test movement patterns, identify limitations, and establish a clear baseline of where your body is starting from. This phase ensures your program is built around your actual needs rather than a generic template.

  2. 02

    Prime

    Build the capacity to train.

With your assessment complete, we begin implementing what we found. This phase focuses on building tissue capacity and motor readiness, translating the information from Align into structured, progressive work that prepares your body for the demands ahead.

  3. 03

    Elevate

    Train toward real output.

As capacity builds, training becomes more independent and demanding. Exercises increase in complexity, and conditioning shifts toward the specific demands of your sport or activity. This phase pushes what you have built in Prime toward real performance output.

  4. 04

    Thrive

    Leave able to coach yourself.

At this stage, you have the tools and autonomy to manage your own training. You understand your body, know how to adjust and progress on your own, and can pursue what you want with confidence. This is the goal of the entire program: independence, not ongoing dependence on a coach.

How the week runs

Your week, on your phone

Open the app and today is there — the movements, the loads, and video for anything you have not done before. Percentages are worked out from your own tested numbers, so there is no arithmetic between sets.

Film what you want looked at

A set that felt wrong, a movement you are unsure of. It goes straight to us with the programming attached, and our notes come back on that same session.

Say how it actually went

Log in your own words. "185, 185, 195x4, grip gave out" is a perfectly good entry — we would rather have the truth than tidy numbers.
